By accessing or using SharpBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
SharpBoard is a sports betting analytics and data platform. We provide odds comparison, arbitrage detection, positive expected value (+EV) analysis, and bet tracking tools. SharpBoard does not facilitate gambling or act as a sportsbook. We are a data and analytics service only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in sports betting activities in your jurisdiction to use this service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SharpBoard complies with applicable laws in your location.
SharpBoard offers paid subscription plans processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All plans include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@sharpboard.io within 7 days and we will review your case.
SharpBoard provides data and analytics on an "as is" basis. Odds and opportunities displayed are for informational purposes only and may change rapidly. We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of odds data, or availability of any arbitrage or +EV opportunities. Sports betting involves significant financial risk.
SharpBoard shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may not use SharpBoard to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms, or scrape our platform in bulk. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SharpBoard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
